We organised a two-day 4×4 Adventure Training for fellow MAN HX60 owners at the venue of Funpark Meppen, Germany. It is a rather small venue but close to the Dutch border and enough terrain to learn basic to medium off road driving skills.
We were with five MAN HX60 trucks (including ours) but we had more participants as some owners have their HX60 abroad or at the venue of a Box builder.
We had a great time seeing each other again, a joined BBQ at Saturday night and a steep learning curve for the participants.
We received very positive feedback from all the participants so we will be planning more dates for the basic course (Level 1) in the near future at the venue of Funpark Meppen.
We will also start working on a course for more experienced Overlanders (Level II) at another venue in France. The terrain is larger but also much more demanding. The course will also include (self) recovery and bush-mechanics.
We can also offer ‘made to order’ courses. Bring your own group, or private training is also possible. Not just training for Expedition trucks, we also give instruction for 4×4 Vans or any 4×4 car for that matter.
